I am mathematician, PhD 1995 from UC Irvine. Just moved to Richmond from Israel after marriage. I write on Isaac Newton and on the history of the Jewish and Christian calendars. Recently two papers of mine related to astronomy appeared in press.
There are things that must be discussed. To secure our regular lecture hall we have to pay a certain fee. For this purpose, I suggest, we have to charge non-members for attending lectures. Otherwise unclear why do members pay their fees. Another issue is an expensive parking lot: $5 for an hour and half. Why no one discussed this issue with city authorities?
