Welcome, Washington Tasters

This group will merge lovers of music, poetry, culture, food tastings and general socializing together for events that are different, fun and very entertaining. Join other DC/MD/VA members and make great connections while having a wonderful time and maybe even sharing a few of your talents if the event allows. Great club alternative and great people to be around for a mature crowd.

Our signature event returns for 2009. If you missed the Taste of Words events in 2008, you are in for a treat. A Taste of Words fuses culture, ambiance and artistry to create much more than just an event – it creates an Experience.

This year we are producing “the appetizer” edition of the event in Washington, D.C. This is the smaller, more intimate version of the larger show. And true to the name, your experience will include a “literal” food or beverage tasting mixed with a taste of various art forms (theater, music, poetry, words, etc.)
