It was absolutely great! The host, the speakers and the entertainment besides the entertainment from the crowd (with the signs and creatively mocking religion). It was one of the best experiences of my life. The sound quality of the sound system was great too. I really have not one complaint and I'm suggesting right now that we have the same thing here in Philly maybe next year and, whererever I'm needed to contribute to it happenning I'm just a phone call away and we have to have the after parties too. It Was Great!! While all was great with the rally as it were, I wasn't too thrilled with having to walk from Union Station to the Mall and back. It would have been great if the driver could have dropped us off at the mall and then picked us up.

Had a great time. It was actually much better than I expected. I thought it was mostly going to be speeches, so the entertainers were much appreciated. It was interesting that many of the themes got repetitive, suggesting that we are a more homogeneous group than we we think.

Can't get on the Reason Rally Bus? Go to New Century Travel in Chinatown (11th and Arch, under the Gallery Mall) and take the Chinatown Bus, it's $15 one way, I think. Might be $25. I have so many friends who take it all the time. No potty on bus, but, cheap tix. Leaves Philly, 55-57 N 11th St at 9am and leaves DC, 513 H St NW (between 5th and 6th St NW) at 8pm. Right by the Mall:

I am planning on attending this event and staying overnight to enjoy some of the Cherry Blossom activities on Sunday. I was wondering if there were any women who might consider sharing a room (separate beds). I'll be driving down and leaving Sunday late afternoon or early evening. Please contact me if you are interested and we can see if it is a good fit. Thank you!
