I believe that people can be moral without supernatural or religious dogma; that we should search for truth and test ideas openly; that reason is better than faith; and our informed choices can lead to better human fulfillment, growth and creativity.
"I'm a graphic designer who dabbles in arts and crafts, hiking, games, and cuisine. I moved to Vegas from Michigan in 2007 and have loved every day since!"
Nice to be able to make friends who won't flip out later when they discover your lack of religion. A good variety of fun social events mixed with interesting topics and people. :-)
Some time ago, you taught a class regarding how we could get rid of the high cost of Cox Cable. I was out of town and couldn't attend. Are you planing on teaching such a class again?
Hi Cynthia. I noticed that you've had a few board game meetups and that you seem to enjoy playing Euros. I just wanted to let you know there is a meetup every Saturday night at The Little Shoppe of Magic to play these kind of games. You should join us sometime.
Hey Cynthia, Think I am ready to give it a try this spring break. As it is getting warmer, I thought maybe Red Rock, either Pine Creek with a short add on up Fern Canyon, or Calico Tanks. So how do I post? What do I need to do to keep track of how many (12.) sign up? I talked to Skip and he assured me to be the organizer not a leader. This helps with the liability issues. So let me know Kit.
I was confused with 2 hikes. I sent you the money for the Epic Trip V.II. I can not attend the hike in Zion. If you have not cashed the check I sent you for 260.00, please tear it up and let me know. I have to send the Chief $260.00. Sorry about the confusion. I will change my RSVP. Thank you.
My sincere apologies to the group for not attending yesterday's hike to Sandstone Quarry. I completely brainfarted on the date, I honestly thought the hike was scheduled for next Sunday. Hate that I missed it :(
P.S. Cynthia, that show is called Auf Wiedersehen, Pet. It is a Brit classic.
