Science on Screen: Kinsey

Science on Screen is an excellent series pairing great movies with experts explaining the science behind them.

The 2004 biopic Kinsey is a look at the life of Alfred Kinsey, a pioneer in the area of human sexuality research, whose 1948 publication "Sexual Behavior in the Human Male" was one of the first recorded works that saw science address sexual behavior.   Starring Liam Neeson, Laura Linney, John Lithgow, Peter Sarsgaard, Chris O'Donnell, Tim Curry, Oliver Platt, John Krasinski and more.  Written and directed by Bill Condon.


Dr. Sandra R. Scantling is an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, nationally recognized intimacy expert, author, certified sex therapist, and psychotherapist in private practice in Farmington, CT.
