Welcome Randall- hope you are able to find events that interest you! I'm also a member of the ACA (Atheist Community of Austin) - I get up to Austin about once a month. We have some great speakers coming up - Seth Andrews and Blake Page - maybe worth a drive for you. And of course the American Atheist meeting will be in Austin end of March, so you've picked a great time to get connected.
