I love the idea, but will be out of town on Christmas.  However I am always up for dim sum.  T&S Seafood is good, there is also a place, (Golden Wok, I believe)  at the intersection of  I-35 and Parmer in the HEB parking lot that is  good.

I would be quite interested in meeting for dim sum. If there is no dim sum restaurant in Chinatown, I recommend Shanghai Chinese restaurant near Highland Mall.
