From Leviticus 19:19, English standard version: “You shall keep my statutes. You shall not let your cattle breed with a different kind. You shall not sow your field with two kinds of seed, nor shall you wear a garment of cloth made of two kinds of material."
Among other things, this verse could be interpreted as prohibiting crop rotation, since there is no qualifier given as to whether the two different kinds of seed are in the same planting season or not. However, since it is referred to as "your field", if there is a change of ownership, a new owner could plant a different seed and not violate this requirement. Other versions can be found here: http://biblehub.com/leviticus/19-19.htm
As for cattle crossbreeding, Hereford, Angus, and other breeds are commonly crossbred today. And for cloth, cotton and wool blends are commonly available and not only mixed different species, but different kingdoms (plant and animal)!
