Growing Herbs in the South

Herb gardening in the South can be challenging even for the best of gardeners. Imagine successfully growing a bounty of herbs, including very rare and unusual herbs! Discover the beauty of herb gardening, soil success secrets, plant and seed sources for unusual herbs that can take heat and humidity, and how to get your gorgeous herbs to survive a wet, southern winter. We will discuss annual, perennial, ornamental and edible herb gardening and how to combine your herbs and perennials for a show stopping garden all year round!Thursday, October 25th, 7-9 p.m.

$15 for Garden members, $20 for non-members

Glynis Ward is your instructor and Krista Jett is your assistant. If you haven't paid yet, please either pay today online at www.oakhurstgarden.org or bring exact change or a check made out to OCGP.
