As we decided that future Meetups will continue to occur on the first Thursday of every month, the next Scala Meetup will be scheduled for January 10.

Mark Grand has volunteered to?present a library that he is working on called daoUtil which provides support for writing data access objects (DAOs) in a manner similar to Spring, but without the need for a dependency injection layer.

We need at least one more presentation topic for the next meeting.

Please send me or the mailing list an email and let me know if you have any ideas that you would like to see presented/discussed or if you have would like to make a presentation to the group next time.
