Introduction
I'm learning to kayak, and want to get more paddling experience, have fun, meet new friends and go on trips to scenic places.
Why did you decide to join this group?

What would you say your experience level is?(we like all levels, but it may help us target events)
I'm definitely a beginner. Had 2 classes with John and did the beginner clinic with GCA, but I'm still a novice. My son is also learning, but is more coordinated than me!
What type of paddling do you typically do?(flatwater, whitewater, sea)
Flatwater and level 1 whitewater with some level 2, which is where I usually tip the boat over.
How often do you typically paddle?(once a month, once a week, etc)
Less than once a month.
Would you participate in social events with this group, even if paddling wasn't involved?
Sure.
