Paddling on the hooch for the next few days
Wednesday, July 3, 2013 10:37 PM
There is a chance that the river will enter flood stage over the next day or two. Paces already came to within 3.5 ft of flooding the parking lot today. Medlock is at pre-flood stage as I write this message. We are also having flooding issues at the Paces Hwy 41 construction site with the entry/exit road under up to a foot of water from all the rain.
We may need to close portions of the park due to all this. As we do so messages will be posted on our twitter page. Hopefully none of this will come to pass and we will be busy as ever after the rain passes through.
