Midday Escape with Meditative Movement

When was the last time you POWERED OFF your phone for
more than 15 minutes?

Do you know how to "unplug" in an "always-on" environment?


In class, learn how to do just that!  With consistent practice, you can rebalance/reset your qi (life energy) to let go of stresses from a long workweek and really enjoy your weekend!

Wrap up your workweek properly and kick off your weekend on a positive note with this dynamic, spiritual qigong routine.

Through meditative movement, you will practice the basic principles of qigong (correct posture, proper breathing, and focused intention) to remove blockages that cause illness and restore a balanced flow of qi (vital life energy).

Visitors are always welcome!  Please arrive early because class begins and ends promptly.

In each class, learn:

  • How to change shallow, palpatative, chest breathing into healthy abdominal breathing
  • The benefits of abdominal breathing
  • The benefits of working with qi (your personal life energy)
  • How to store qi in three of your Dan Tians
  • How to relax and focus your mind in the present moment
  • How to improve your health; gather clean, new, energy that supports you; and release old, negative energy that no longer serves you.

Students should wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes and bring a yoga mat (if possible) for light stretching afterwards.
