Architecture of Windows Store Applications

Windows 8 represents the single largest developer opportunity, ever. With an existing install base for Windows 7 of 650 million licenses and analyst projections of 30-40 million new tablet devices being sold once it launches on October 26, now is the time to build and publish app for the Windows Store. Never programmed with Microsoft technologies before? That’s ok, with the ability to build Windows Store apps with HTML and JavaScript (as well as XAML and other languages) it’s easy to create apps that are stunning, modern, connected and responsive. In this talk, you’ll learn about the architecture of Windows Store apps, how to design them effectively, and how to publish and make money from them.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
