I need to create a Survey/questionnaire form for a client. The catch is… they want the user to receive an email report based on the answers they select in the survey. For example,
-if the user says that they want to sell the house themselves, then they get a PDF report for “For Sale By Owner” by email.
-if the user selects the option to sell the house with the help of an agent, they get a PDF report on “Select an agent for selling your home” by email
- if the user says they are looking to buy a house, they get a PDF report on “Home Buyer Guide” by email
…. You get the idea.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to get this done?
