Not Site Ground some other obscure free extension…..I do not recall the name but it put a tag at the bottom of the page just like your sitation.

What was the extension that you had installed?  or was it from a SiteGround Template?

Issue solved - BUT here is a MAJOR warning to everybody here.  DO NOT USE ANY COMPONENT BY SITEGROUND!!!!!  I talked to their "technical support" who also answers the "sales support" with no suppervisor and says that they have the right to put their information on every page because you are using one of their components.  STAY AWAY.
