-To bring together women who wear or are interested in sporting Sisterlocks(TM) and/or other forms of tool-assisted locks - Nappylocs , Braidslocs and Latchook locs.
-To share, discuss, educate, connect on enjoying our natural hair through locking.
- We aim to have fun and to exchange information, tips and points of view within a safe, comfortable, and loving environment.
-To bring together Sisterlocks consultants and trainees for networking, mentoring and friendships.

This Black History Month we are highlighting Dr. JoAnne Cornwell as a Black Woman Inventor. Dr. Cornwell is the Madame C J. Walker of our time, once again leading the liberation of black women from our hair restraints.
