The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), is in need of lots of volunteers to help them out at their upcoming Muscle Walk. This year's walk is expected to raise over $200,000 to benefit local families to are affected by neuromuscular disease! Volunteers will also receive a t-shirt.

MDA provides comprehensive services to local children and families including: assistance in the maintenance of leg braces, flu shots, wheelchairs and speech communication devices, MDA clinic visits, physical therapy and vital research. MDA also has a week long Summer Camp for children ages 6-17 with neuromuscular disease at Camp Twin Lakes in Rutledge, GA.
