As designers and developers, we're fortunate to work today with a wealth of information. In his talk, MailChimp UX Design Researcher Gregg Bernstein will tell stories about the role of context in research. He'll talk about the ecosystem of big data, individuals, and context, and how easy it is to miss the forest for the trees.
GREGG BERNSTEIN - MailChimp UX Design Researcher
Gregg Bernstein is Senior Design Researcher for MailChimp UX. He spends his days listening, thinking, collaborating, writing, listening some more, and then sharing his findings with others. Since 1996, he’s designed for clients and taught for university students.
Gregg earned his MFA in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art & Design, where—for some reason—he became fascinated with the presentation of tax return forms and digital legal agreements. He’s been hooked on UX research ever since. He resides with his family in Athens, Georgia. In his spare time, he runs early, often, and far.
