Hi Everyone! Do you guys ever get together on the weekends?

The AWDG does not typically have meetings on the weekends. If we were hosting a hack-a-thon or participating in a conference that would be the exception. There has been some talk of having a social on a Saturday and having our families (spouses, kids, etc) join us at a park...have not planned one yet though.

oh, awesome. Thanks for the feedback! I asked because I work in Buckhead and I won't make it to most of the weekly events...

Thanks so much to everyone who came out tonight for the East Cobb Happy Hour. We will have AWDG table top signs next month; so, I'll be able to reserve 4 table tops beside each other. We will meet on a Tuesday next month so it won't be so crowded with other customers. Looking forward to seeing everyone next month.

Looking forward to seeing everyone tonight. Feel free to bring your technical questions covering both design and development (or anything else for that matter) and we'll get some interesting conversation going!

Hi webbies... looking forward to seeing everyone this Thursday. Just curious... has anyone investigated or used jQuery mobile. I'm most likely going to be implementing it at work. Curious to know if it can be used for desktop websites... looking to use the same code (with media queries of course) for both the desktop website and our mobile app.

Susan, I would love to know how this turns out for you. We are using jquery and trying to make it work for mobile too.

Sure Robert. I'll keep you updated. I will most likely be building my first page this week for both the desktop and mobile.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
