What do you hope to get from joining this group?
My interest is simply networking with industry professionals, entrepreneurs and people that are passionate about web design and know understand trends in the discipline. I will definitely attend meetings, and/or help organize or host an event.

I'm neither a designer or developer - I'm the Career Advisor at a local college for applied arts. Its my job to link students with industry professionals so they can get hands on experience, as well as, build partnerships with local businesses.
