What? Please join us for yoga Sunday morning at 11:30am at Active Sol (details on exact location below)! We'll have a dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga class taught by certified instructor Anika Francis!
Prepare for the week with this revitalizing vinyasa class that incorporates breathing and a wide range of yoga postures which are designed to realign the body and calm the mind. Vinyasa is the path of fluidity. Vinyasa yoga emphasizes and integrates a sequence of breath-synchronized movements to transition between sustained postures. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class will help you build endurance, flexibility, strength, and focus. You will practice postures that will bring you home to your body so you can release what is tight and expand what has become contracted.
Where will we be? We are located in the Bennett Street Design District off the 2100 Block of Peachtree Road, across the street from Fresh Market (sign above the intersection reads "Peachtree Park Dr NE"). Our studio is inside Peachtree & Bennett Building at the left end of Bennett Street behind the Stalls Antique Market. Turn left at The Stalls. We're in the last building on the right.
Please note that this class will be held regularly on Sunday mornings such that you can incorporate this into your weekly routine! Thanks for joining us and please continue to spread the word!
