Nike Training Club (NTC) @ Nike Store

Are you bout that fit life? If so, we going in again this Thursday! If you've came out before, you know that this workout is intense, dope & the truth. There aren't many, if any, calorie burning workouts this good for free anywhere. Yeah, I said FREE! It's a calisthenics workout that caters to all levels of exerciser's -Begginers, Intermediates & Advance!
**All you have to bring is a towel & your desire to get in shape. There will be ample parking, bottled water provided & one of the dopest dj's in the city keeping your adrenaline pumping as you sweat & burn calories by the minute.**

If you serious bout that fit life like me (Quis), we'll see you there this Thursday... We will meet as a group downstairs on the 1st level of the Nike Store @ 7:15pm, strive to be on time so that we can mix & mingle prior to the start of the session... Make sure you update your RSVP that you won't be able to attend if you RSVP & something prevents you from making it out -We're cracking down on no shows due to the fact that you impede someone who really wants to come out ability to do so by holding a spot you didn't use...       Prepare to sweat so def bring a towel. Lol. It is usually a pretty large crowd of all ages, races, and athletic ability so no need to be intimidated. The overall mood is very positive and uplifting too. Don't worry if you come alone because you are almost guaranteed to meet a new friend or 5 because some of the moves require a partner. The trainers are great and the DJ keeps the music pumping. The trainers and Nike staff motivate you without being drill sergeants and encourage you to modify the moves to fit your ability. Really the only rule is KEEP MOVING! It will probably be a bit hard your first trip out but stick with it. As the weeks go on, you'll notice that the hour goes by faster and faster and your body recovers more quickly every week. That for me has been the greatest measure of progress. Hope to see you there!
