It's been a few weeks since our last meetup so let's make sure to do it BIG for our monthly Meet-N-Greet event...there's been a TON of new members joining our group lately and this is the PERFECT opportunity for all of you to come on out and make some NEW FRIENDS!
We are changing it up this weekend! Instead of going to Front Page News we are going to hit up Taco Mac at Lindbergh, grab some tasty bites and chill brews, and then walk over to Tongue N Groove to dance the night away!
Enjoy the relaxed, chill atmosphere of Taco Mac where people can get to know each other and make friends before dancing the night away. This is the BEST venue for actually making connections with others instead of having to yell over loud club or bar music - if nothing else, make sure to come out to this part of the night (that is, if you want to expand your social circle and make more friends right away!)
Bottom line is - if you're looking for a great way to kick off your weekend, you will not be disappointed.
There's been a LOT of new members joining the group lately and I wanted to introduce them to our monthly "Meet-N-Greet" events. If you're on the fence about going to a Meetup event because 1) you don't want to go alone or 2) you hate awkward conversations with strangers....hesitate no more because these events are custom-tailored just for you. I know going out and meeting new people can sometimes be intimidating, but once a month, myself and other regulars really make an extra effort to get to know you NEW MEMBERS and actively introduce you to others in the group.
We're pretty much always this friendly so it's certainly not a big deal for us, but we've heard from other members that our Meet-N-Greet events really helped them erase any doubts they had about making new friends from a Meetup group!
With that being said, all that we ask if you make the effort to just SHOW UP. We'll take care of the rest :-).
Looking forward to seeing all of you there!
