This is an exciting opportunity for everyone who wants to exhibit her/his work at White Night on 16 March!
We are lucky to be offered a great exhibition space by Ronald, in the backyard of his studio right next to Ponsonby Road (The studio is listed as a White Night venue). There's a space at the street and a 4 x 12m long wall in the back yard, that would just need another coat of paint:
The space at Rose St, view from the street and the backyard
(The backyard before)
It's an outdoor exhibiton space, so the artworks should be weatherproof. I'd like to make this the theme as well: DURABLE.
(If your art will withstand the test of time, what message do you wanna transport with it into the future?)
But this can still be discussed. Participation is free. However we would appreciate help with painting or donating to the cost of the paint.
This meeting is two weeks before the event, to get an idea of our pieces and plan the setting up, if there's enough people up for this challenge ... yay, let's put a group show together :)
