I'm a born and bred Kiwi who's spent enough time overseas to really appreciate NZ, and apparently look so respectable that librarians never guess The Walking Dead graphic novels I'm checking out are really for me.
Dr Who and Torchwood, though classic Trek is still a winner. Firefly and new Battlestar Galactica are pretty damn good too. I like the classic authors- John Wyndham, HG Wells, Heinlein, Asimov, Clarke.
Always and forever The Doctor. And if I have to choose which regeneration, it's David Tennant tops, Jon Pertwee next.
I like the idea of riding a horse AND catching rides on spaceships in the Firefly verse. Or possibly Abel Township (for the 3 other people who know where that is).
Trawling the internet like any good geek.
Terrified by Cybermen at the age of 5. Never looked back.
Great - somewhere you can discuss the merits of respective Dr Whos without people looking at you as if you're speaking Swahili.
