The Create the Web tour is Adobe's introduction to it's Edge Tools & Services line.  A toolkit made for modern web developers to work on modern web technologies for audiences that assume that you're site will work on mobile devices as well as the desktop.
These tools include: Adobe Edge Animate - Animation for HTML Adobe Edge Inspect - Mobile device synch Adobe Edge Code - Coding Tool for focused web developers Adobe Edge Web Fonts - Free and easy introduction to web fonts Adobe Edge Reflow - Tooling for Responsive web site. PhoneGap - Take advantage of mobile OS's and HTML to build mobile apps with HTML PhoneGap Build - Use our services to speed development of apps with PhoneGap Additionally, we'll discuss Adobe's contributions to Web Standards in the form of various CSS contributions designed to bring richer experiences to the web. These technologies include: CSS Regions CSS Exclusions CSS Filters CSS Custom Filters All in all we're here to show you the a new direction for Adobe and the web.  It's our hope that by the end of it you'll find a new set of tools you can use to make your ideas come to life on the web.

    good show last night in dublin. thanks guys. i watched this(see link) before i attended and found it to be very good. its the San Fran keynote of the same event. so imagine the crowd last night x 1000 attending at this linked one. same material covered but abit more in depth so worth a watch.
    was on the beta of edge(now edge animate) from the early days so i'm glad its progressed to the stage its at but fearful that they will charge for it next year. get the youngsters on this platform and keep it free. it really is great and its compatibility with everything will help spread the word. more on edge after link

    It was really interesting to see what is possible using HTML5 and the new Edge technologies. Some very sophisticated effects and still accessible text and content to spiders and bots.
    I intend to try these out on a new website very soon.
