We have, in recent months, started a new method of book selection. At each of our meetings , one member proposes three different books for us to consider. The attendees then discuss and vote for whichever book most tickles their fancy. That book will then be the subject of the meeting two months hence.

So far, Phyllis, Jean, Polly and myself have all offered three books (that we would like to read) to the group. The book selected in our June meeting, one of Polly's proposals, is scheduled for our August meeting. At our next meeting (July 25th - the utterly fascinating "Super Sad True Love Story" by Gary Shteyngart) we will select a book for the September meeting.

We need a volunteer, who will be attending the July meeting, to propose three books (of their choice) during the meeting.

Any takers?

Many thanks
