Martha Cervantes Dotson will be sharing her knowledge of Interior Mexican Cuisine fused with healthful ingredients to create this traditional Mexican favorite.
Martha's love of cooking was fanned from an early age by her mother in Mexico. As all true artists do, Martha tweaks her ingredients. Our tamales will be made with tomatillos, radish leaves and green onions to add Martha's unique flavor to this labor of love.
Tamales are a labor intensive creation. Class time will be 3 hours which includes a sit down meal that we will have created in the kitchen.
Class is in Mason, Texas at 244 Ft. McKavett Street.
