Our group was an eclectic group of Happy Campers. We had some great laughs around the campfire each night and we enjoyed good hiking on Saturday. The weather was perfect with chilly nights and temperate days.

    Email -- part 2

    2. Bring firewood. If everyone brings one bundle, we should have enough. I have the fixings for smores.

    3. If you are interested in a gift exchange Saturday evening, please bring a $10 wrapped gift. It could be something camping related that you don't use anymore. Please... not trash gifts...this is NOT a white elephant gift. This is completely voluntary and sorry for the late notice.

I sent out an email to the attendees about this weekend. Seems some people didn't get the email.

    Hi camper boys and girls,

Here are some topics for this weekend.

    1. There is about a 50% chance of rain this weekend so bring your ponchos and shelter. I plan on leaving Austin around 1pm on Friday.

Dee, I hope you are feeling better.

Everyone -- let me know if you are showing up Friday or Saturday. I know some have already told me. If the weather isn't great on Friday evening, we might make a road trip into Fredericksburg. I don't want to leave anyone behind.
