Want a challenging workout? Or just some relaxing and a bit of stretching, it's up to you! You just need a yoga mat (Or a large towel if you don't have one), some water, a towel and yourself! We can meet anywhere, I've thought of a couple of places like the kiosk over at the Hampton Branch at Oak Hill Austin city library down on Convict Hill rd or Dick Nichols Park down in Beckett, but open to any time/place suggestions. Class will meet when at least 4 RSVP. All ages/levels welcome! Try it!
