Christmas Pick-Up Game

In an effort to keep our south/central Texas warriors fit, we have pitched a battle at Olmos.  Terms: Gaelic football standard rules; the team with the most points and goals wins; the victors get to assault the beer coolers first.  You're invited if you think you can handle it.  If you don't think you can handle it, you can "fake it 'til you make it."

Gaelic football is one of several traditional Gaelic games played to this day in Ireland and around the world.  There are four official teams in Texas, three of which went to the North America GAA Playoffs in 2012, including Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin.

On behalf of the Austin Celtic community and Cumann Lúthchleas Gael Naomh Antaine, I would like to invite all of you to watch or even participate in the 2012 Christmas Pick-up Game in San Antonio, TX.

The game will be hosted by your very own Cumann Lúthchleas Gael Naomh Antaine (CLGNA), "San Antonio Gaelic Athletic Club".

This is a free event.

If you have any questions, please email Jerome at [masked]
