Liverworst and whipped cream--separately!
Brindle male, 8 year-old (March). We got him (when he was almost 4 years old), from a woman who had two frenchies, but only wanted one. He's an absolute joy, so it was her loss and our gain! Now we don't know what we ever did without him...
A lot! But one example would be when he's waking himself up from a long, deep snooze, he turns into a crazed beast--tunneling into and under his blanket, and wiggling on his back with feet in the air, snorting and kickboxing! Sometimes, when he yawns, a really funny and distinct sound comes out, which we affectionately call "GUAC," (as in "guacamole")!
Officially, it's "Mr. Bigglesworth." But we and all of his friends call him "Biggles." The ever-growing list of nicknames includes: "Mr. B.", "Biggly-boy," "Biggles-snort," "Biggle-baum," " Biggy," and "El Guac."
Biggles is super affectionate, good-natured, curious, well-behaved, and really engaging. He's a professional-level sleeper, but he's not lazy. Even at age 8, he loves to go for walks, or to get in the truck and go with us anywhere--ie. a little splash in the shallow water at the beach. He's even had some rides on Erik's motorcycle! He's not afraid of anything, except fly-swatters, which we think is an issue from his previous owner. He's playful, and no matter how many times he greets you, he will always grab his favorite rope toy and share it with you, enticing you to chase him. He loves to cuddle; he licks his paws when he's content; and enjoys being outside on a sunny, comfortable day. Generally, he's a very happy chappy, and we love him severely!
Hi! We are currently living in The Netherlands and are planning to move to Austin in 2013. We're looking to connect--in advance, and in the near future--with other French Bulldogs and their owners. Glad to have found you!
