Family Aikido Hour
This is a brief introduction to Aikido for parents and kids. We'll learn about falling safely, getting off the line of an approach, and doing a simple Aikido technique. We'll also play a balance game you can do at home.
This meetup is open to parents and their kids, 10 years and up. RSVP for yourself and your kid or kids. There is no childcare for younger kids.
The cost is $10 for 2 people; $15 for 3 or more. Please pay by cash or check (payable to "AKAC") when you arrive.
Wear clothes you can move in comfortably, with long pants (such as sweat pants).
If there is sufficient interest, we may offer more family Aikido classes in the future.
