Lynn is currently hosting us at her home in central Austin, near the DPS on N. Lamar.

Knitters and crocheters of all skill levels are welcome to come work on projects and talk. We meet until 12:30ish, and usually some or all of us go out to lunch afterwards (no one will make you feel bad if you can't/don't want to go to lunch with us).

Important note about parking:

Please feel free to pull into the driveway, and pull up so others can park there as well. If you park on the street be careful to observe city parking regulations. Ample street parking is available around the corner on Hammack Drive. Lynn's house is also very close (2 blocks) to MetroRail's Highland Station and to the 1L/M & 101 bus lines.

I received the email from Sherry. (Thanks, BTW) I will have to miss out this week. My sister has surgery on her eye on Thursday, so I will be out of town helping her out. <3 See you guys again, soon!

Gayle has offered her house in NW Austin, off 620 and Boulder Lane. Chime in here if you see this and are on the RSVP list, or I'll try emailing folks in a day or so.

This is the week of the month that I need to be south by noon, so I'm going to cancel for this week. Hope to see you next week.

Heads-up: I MIGHT be going to a funeral Friday morning. Stay tuned. How do we feel about doing an alternate location this week?
