Who taught you how to knit/crochet and how long have you been doing it?
I taught myself to knit out of the little green book. If you don't know what the little green book is - you are way younger than I am. :-) Knitting 34 years (echo in here, eh?)
What's your favorite fiber?
Now that I have access to loads, it's cashmere. :-) I like alpaca, cashmere, cotton silk and acrylic. Oh yes, I do like acrylic which is not considered a fiber I guess. I'm allergic to wool. Very, very allergic to wool. I have pictures!
If you were stranded on a deserted island with loads of cashmere and rosewood needles, what would you make?
Loads? An afghan to keep me warm at night, a shawl to keep the chill off and a gorgeous cable sweater just because the cashmere is there.
For you, does knitting/crocheting seem like it's going to be a passing fancy or a lifelong passion? (Hint: If you've been doing it for more than 3 years, I think we already have your answer.) :)
Life long passion 34 years running so far. :-)
