What is your background in fitness like?

I am a former couch potato. I have recently been doing bodyweight exercises from a book called You Are Your Own Gym.

What do you hope to get out of the natural movement group?

I want to meet people and exercise in a fun way.

How did you find out about this group?

I saw this when I was checking out the Meet up groups around Austin


I love the idea of this group! I can't wait to get moving!
