Many people have preconceptions that mental health issues are something mysterious that defy reason. In this talk, Karl Foelsche will use a simple concept called internal sensory channels (also called submodalities) to expose the foundations of most mental health issues and what creates barriers to what people would consider success. Attending this talk will help you change your perspective on both where your limitations come from as well as what to do about them. In addition, two specific techniques will be taught for transcending what may have held you back in life.
