Habit Elimination Using Hypnosis
Did you know habits are often difficult to break due to the cycle of trying and failing? Most people have some kind of annoying or persistent habit they would like to break free of such as smoking, nail biting, overeating or lack of focus. What's yours?
In this meetup you will learn the difference between using imagination and will power when it comes to habit elimination. You will also learn how hypnosis can help change your focus from the problem of having a habit to achieving your goal. You will also participate in a group induction for habit elimination.
No previous hypnosis experience is necessary.
Janis Cline is an IMDHA Certified Hypnotist, NLP Master Practitioner and founder of Thinking Blocks, LLC. She specializes in regressions that help clients identify and remove unwanted emotions. She also provides hypnosis sessions for weight loss, smoking cessation, anxiety, fears and persistent or annoying habits.
Janis is a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA). She holds a Master Practitioner Certification in NLP and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
