I've gotten several emails asking if the pug club has been dissolved or something... No it hasn't.
2 things are currently going on: 1. Meetup.com is changing it's format over to a new one so some of their services might be on the fritz. It happens with software development. We are still here and we still have a meetup on September 3. 2. Yesterday, Saloni stepped down as club organizer officially on the meetup.com group page. We thought this had been done like a year or two ago- but the site still listed her as the organizer. I am the club organizer and pay for the meetup site- which was went down yesterday. That also explains the mass email from meetup. That was an unexpected consequence of Saloni stepping down. Our apologies.
We are still on Facebook as a group page: Austin Pug Club.
We look forward to seeing you in September and hope you are prepping those PUGkin Fest costumes for October 29!
