Thanks for expressing interest in fostering.  Should we have another run on pugs, I will be sure to call.  Can you pick up pugs from shelters or owners in your area and keep them until we can get to them?   That would be such a great help.  Thanks so much for writing.

Hello pug lovers. 

Austin 's branch of DFW Pug Rescue is in need of foster homes. We currently have 19 dogs in foster care. Many of these dogs have adoptions pending. We have two currently in need of foster homes and anticipate needing more foster homes soon. 

Are you able to help? We also need short term help for when dogs first come into to rescue or for dog sitting while a foster family is away on vacation.

Please know that there is no monetary expense to you, the rescue group cover medical needs and can even provide dog food if you prefer. If you have questions or concerns, please let us, know we've encountered a lot and may have a solution to offer.  Fostering is a fun and very rewarding way to give back to the breed you LOVE. Most of our foster home tell us time and time again how wonderful the dog is that they are fostering and what a joy it is to be able to help.
