Hotspots on Pugs

From: user 9.

Good Morning All,

I took my precious boy for a hike in the greenbelt on Sunday and gave him a really good bath when I got home. Everything seemed fine until I woke up Tuesday morning to find a quarter size hotspot on the back of his neck (near the top of his head). I treated the area and now it looks like its healing but now he has two more hotspots around the same area. Has this ever happened to you guys? I took him to the vet a few months ago in regards to Hotspots and they gave a medicated shampoo which has worked but my poor little guy has never had sores like this. I can't take him to Vet until you guys have any recommendations on how to care for the hotspots for the time being? Anything will help!
