Opening to the Journey:
Shamanic Journey Circle For Everyone
Karen Sharp, M.Ed.
This Journey Circle is for anyone interested in the opening to the journey experience. Whether you have attended an introductory session or workshop or not, everyone is welcome to attend.
In this circle, we focus on the fundamentals and exploration of the shamanic journey experience. Shamanism is a very practical and powerful practice that is relevant to ordinary life experiences and decisions. It is not dependent on any particular organizational structure or belief system.

The Circle meets from 7:30 to 9:00 pm. Feel free to come as early as 7:15. We begin promptly at 7:30 with a short meditation to drumming and end at 9:00.
What to bring with you?
In addition to curiosity and willingness to explore something new, bring a journal or notebook with you to record your journey and insights that you receive. If you have a hand drum, feel free to bring it, but it is not necessary. You might also bring a bandanna or blindfold to cover your eyes.
