Played recreational and competitive sports since able to stand. 5+ years martial arts training.

What do you hope to get out of the natural movement group?

Challenging workouts that build natural movement confidence in varying environments, meeting other people interested in natural movement and outdoor activities, renewed balance and strength within and without.
