6 pm Kundalini Yoga
with Ceci Zuniga

Love your body, open your being, and brighten your life with kundalini yoga! Kundalini yoga works on all aspects of being - body, mind, emotions, and spirit/energy. The focus is on opening and strengthening the core line of light energy that runs the length of your spine and feeds your being, to awaken, expand, and soften your interactions with the world. Class begins promptly with a short meditation followed by a series of movements, and finishes with a guided relaxation to the tones of a crystal bowl.
$10 per class: Nov 11, Dec 2, Dec 9.

7 pm Advanced Shamanic Energy Guided Practice
with Kim Christensen

Come play with energy! Have you been using all the wonderful shamanic tools you've learned? Here's your chance to practice and take your understanding of these tools deeper. Kim Christensen will facilitate this practice series. Each class will focus on specific tools or energetic practices and will consist of a brief refresher teaching about the tool, time to practice on each other, and space for question and answer. Kim will also provide reflection and individual guidance while students practice.

November 12 will focus on energetic clearing (people and spaces) and the ways in which different tools can be used. Bring rattles, fans, feathers, bells and more!

7 pm Tibetan Singing Bowls: Planetary Blessing Concert with Kenny Parker

My name is Kenny Parker and I am a healer, musician and Sound Shaman. I have been in the Austin Music /Healing Arts world since the late 60's.

I have a very rare collection of Tibetian Singing Bowls which I will be playing at the concert, many of them are over 300 years old. I have been playing the bowls for over five years and have a new CD out called Tibetan Fusion.

The Tibetan Bowls produce some of the purest harmonic tones known. There effects on the listener is both wonderous and profound. Bring a pillow and a friend and come go on a Sound Journey! Antique Bowls will be for sale.

November 16

3-4:30 pm Forrest Yoga Special Class with Cynthia McPherson

Forrest yoga honors and celebrates the beauty of life and the power of Spirit. It is an inspiring workout that builds flexibility, intelligence, and strength while helping deepen the relationship with your authentic self. Come find your joy, connect with your light, be present with your experience, and breathe spirit into your body.
This Level 1/2 class is suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis. It will offer poses to open and create space in the body and to build core strength. It will include flowing sequences, along with pauses to find postural alignment and breathe deeply. We will also have fun with backbends, inversions, and/or hand balances, followed by a deep and compassionate warm down.

Bright Blessings!
