Tell us about your interests, passions, hobbies, any personal information you care to share - remember this is all about getting to know each other and having a good time

I'm a teacher, a mom, love yoga, working out, wine and I wish I cooked better than I do. I do like to hike and get outdoors when possible. I do volunteer work with the Boulder Hospice and my daughter.

Tell the group about your aussie(s) - names, ages, personalities,

Henry Parker Jones. He's two years old now, but most people think he's still a puppy. Ye, he's that hyper. He is so sweet and loving, but very naughty when he doesn't get enough attention or exercise. It's a good thing he's cute:) We try to teach manners, but those seem to elude Henry. He's pure love and energy. I'm hoping in time he will calm down a bit. So having a group where he can meet some furry friends just like him will be a very good thing!

Do your dogs have any special talents or tricks?

Does getting onto the counters to eat all the raw garlic count? Oy! He is very smart and very determined to get what he wants. He's also a great cuddler. His true talent is his charm and intelligence. He just wants to play all the time.

What type of dog related activities are you interested in?

Puppy playdates at dog parks or other parks. Hiking where he can run...not on the leash. I'd be interested in sharing tips on training and just learning more about his breed.

How did you hear about our Australian Shepherd Group?

Hello! I'm Mary. I am looking for creative ways to help Henry burn off some of his never ending energy. What better way than an Aussie group? I can't believe there is actually a group just for pups like Henry. How cool is that?
