Authentic Game Night and Integral Life Practice Salon

  • Shay's Place

We'll play Authentic Games and discuss how we can support each other in our individual practices. Authentic Relating Games are not like playing Monopoly or Sorry. Authentic Relating Games are fun and highly interactive group exercises that explore ways of seeing, connecting and appreciating yourself and others at a deep level. By games, we mean they are fun and highly interactive. By authentic we mean there is no cook cutter mold for how you "should" be or what relating "should" look like. Everyone is a complete, Unique Self emerging in the universe with your a unique style, personality and integrity that is perfectly them and everyone is amazing and perfect, including the belief they aren't. This is safe container for taking risks, practicing the art and skillful means of conscious communications and playing outside of comfort zones and discovering more about ourselves than we might in our everyday lives. You will move, you will laugh, you may cry and I can almost guaranteed you will have a memorable experience.

I will be serving appetizers and beverages - you're welcome to bring a snack as well. Dress comfortably as we will be moving around. If you have a yoga mat and/or meditation pillow, please feel free to bring them along.

It was extremely enjoyable and a breath of fresh air to "really" connect with "strangers" :)

Meetup has allowed me to meet people I wouldn't have met naturally - they're totally different than me.
