Introduction
I operate a no-kill animal rescue in NYC called Eve's Sanctuary. I'm very interested in your mission and respect what you do. Perhaps we will have occasion to work together one day! I'm also always willing to help animals in need - so here I am...
Please advise us of any preferences with respect to animal rescue missions. Do you prefer to assist with certain types of animals, certain sizes of animals, one animal at a time, etc.?
I do dog and cat primarily - but have also rescued squirrels, ferrets, exotic reptiles, etc.
Pilots, what are your ratings, flight hours and do you rent or own? What type of plane(s) will you be flying on ARF rescue missions? Please measure your cargo area and note it in your profile. We'll take this into consideration in flight planning.
I do not fly - but may be willing to come along! ;)
Do you have certain days of the week that are best for ARF rescue missions? (Weekdays, weekends, days, nights?)
Weekends and evenings as I also work full time, typical 9-5, to pay for my rescue organization.
Where are you based (airport code)? What distance are you willing to fly/drive when assisting with ARF rescue missions?

In what ways can you assist ARF?as Pilot, Planning Assistance, Temporary Home Stays, Ground Transportation?

Hi - my emails have apparently been bouncing, and I hope that I have corrected the problem! I'm coming to the Nov. 5 meetup with my new puppy, Fletcher. Bucky unexpectedly passed away in mid-January, and I am still mourning. Fletcher is a great little dog. Hope emails stop bouncing!

Dear Amber, I just got notified that someone found a black minpin in Union Square today. I called the man who found the dog. Can you post this on your board or send out a group letter? It's a male dog. Please write to me at [masked] and let me know. I posted it on Craigslist NY lost and found and he called the ASPCA to report a found dog but it could be one of our people. Thanks so much! Jeannie
