I recently read Dr. Joel Fuhrman's Eat to Live book and even attended a health retreat where he spoke. While his plan advocates raw and cooked food, it's obvious even from him that raw foods provide more nutrients than cooked. I want to join this group to make friends with others who eat this way (since my friends don't and look at me like I'm crazy for doing so!), and to share recipes.
Iv'e recently gone vegan and want to transition to being a raw vegan, so I look forward to discovering rawsome recipes and meeting great people who have adopted this same lifestyle.
