At the meeting we somehow got into the subject of computer languages and I said that Fortran-90 isn't weird for the first 6 columns. Today I looked at some fortran-90 for the first time in 5 years and I see I was wrong -- the first 6 columns are STILL weird in fortran-90.

What Ayn Rand book do you suggest I read first?

Stephanie, I asked the same question a few months ago. I started with "Philosophy, Who Needs It". I found it to be a great introduction to Objectivism. I finished it a few weeks ago, and now I'm on "The Virtue of Selfishness", to be followed by "Capitalism, the Unknown Ideal". Hope to see you Sunday!

I will try my best. We're in the process of moving. As long as we have most of our boxes packed, I'll make the meetup. It will be a well-deserved break! Hope to see you all!

Looking forward to it. Arthur will drop by very late also (after work, probably about 5PM).

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
